Note that the item is see-through, but the way that the stones are placed, no undergarments are necessary unless you'd like to wear them. Back is a stretchy satin material. Has some stretch, but we suggest ordering true to size or adding measurements for the proper fit. 

Please keep in mind, the back material stretches but material in the front of the dress doesn't stretch. Depending on your size, the back material will expand more to the front.
